Return and exchange policy for Jilbabee

At Jilbabee, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our updated Exchange Policy below:

 

Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

 

For Online Purchases:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Customers must contact us within the 7-day period to initiate an exchange.

  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

  • In case of Damaged Item video proof of parcel opening is required.

  • If the parcel was not delivered by the courier company we will resend another one after inquiry.
  • All postage/freight/courier charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

For In-Store Purchases:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • A valid receipt is required for all in-store exchanges.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.

  • No refunds will be provided for in-store purchases.
