Refund and exchange policy for Jilbabee

At Jilbabee, we prioritize customer satisfaction.

Please review our refund and exchange policy below:

  1. Exchange Policy:
    • Items are eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery.
    • Exchanges are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and unworn items with original tags and packaging.
    • Customers must contact us within the 3-day period to initiate an exchange.
    • All postage/freight/courier charges are customers responsibility.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • Refunds are only granted if:
      • The item is damaged upon arrival (video proof of parcel opening is required).
      • The parcel was not delivered by the courier company.
    • No refunds are available for wrong size, color, or style preferences which are different from the ordered item; exchanges are allowed in these cases.
  3. Proof for Damaged Goods:
    • Customers must provide a video of the parcel being opened to claim refunds for damaged items.
